Project Mission
WARP-GLOBAL (World Association for the Protection of Rights) is an international public initiative aimed at protecting the rights of cryptocurrency users and consumers, developing transparent standards of conduct for market participants, and creating tools for dispute resolution in a decentralized environment.
We bring together experts in blockchain, financial law, compliance, mediation, and consumer protection to:
- Form a global code of ethics for the crypto market
- Create a platform for mediation, arbitration, and legal assistance to users
- Investigate fraudulent schemes and violations of investors' rights
- Promote dialogue between users, companies, and regulators
- Develop and implement standards in the cryptocurrency market
Reasons for Creating WARP-GLOBAL
The WARP-GLOBAL project emerged in response to real problems faced by users and investors of the cryptocurrency market.
The initiative grew from the founders’ direct exposure to structural flaws in decentralized finance — missing frameworks for trust, accountability, and protection of participants’ interests
WARP-GLOBAL Initiatives
Mediation and Arbitration
WARP-GLOBAL is creating an International Center for Mediation and Arbitration to resolve disputes in the cryptocurrency market. The goal is to ensure out-of-court settlement through mediation and arbitration settlement, which has legal force and the possibility of enforcement under the 1958 New York Convention.
Incident Investigation
The WARP-GLOBAL Center plans to conduct independent investigations into cases of fraud, abuse, and violations of user rights in the decentralized environment, ensuring transparency and accountability of crypto market participants.
International Cryptocurrency Regulation
The project is forming a global database on the regulation of cryptocurrency circulation in 185 UN member countries, including: • current laws and licenses, • tax and AML/KYC requirements, • judicial and regulatory practice. This platform will become an international reference and analytical tool for users, lawyers, and companies.
Standards and Draft Regulations
WARP-GLOBAL is developing: • international standards of conduct for crypto market participants, • draft regulatory acts, model contracts, and standard terms and conditions (T&Cs) for use in participating jurisdictions, • an ethical code for companies and users, aimed at increasing trust, transparency, and good faith in the digital asset market.
