Declare a Dispute

Dispute Statement Based on a Questionnaire

The first step is completing a questionnaire form to analyze a cryptocurrency-related dispute. It allows you to structure your case in a clear way: the parties to the dispute, type of transaction (exchange, DeFi, NFT, VASP, etc.), amount of loss, platforms used, blockchain transactions, actions already taken (police, bank, regulators, etc.), and your expectations from WARP-GLOBAL.

Based on this form, your submission is forwarded to the WARP-GLOBAL Legal Department and undergoes an initial review for jurisdiction, evidentiary support, indicators of fraud, and realistic prospects for legal and/or financial recovery.

Stages of Working With a Dispute Statement

1. Submission and a Free Smart Contract for Analysis

By submitting the completed form, you simultaneously enter into a smart contract with WARP-GLOBAL for legal analysis of the provided information and dispute.

  • Records the fact of submission and the scope of transferred data
  • Establishes that the initial analysis stage is free of charge
  • Grants WARP-GLOBAL the right to use the provided information solely for dispute assessment and preparation of a baseline position

At this stage, no services are paid for. We only assess prospects and possible strategies.

2. Assessment of Prospects and a Paid Smart Contract for Representation

If the dispute has real prospects of success, you are offered a second smart contract for representation before third parties (counterparty, exchange, VASP, project, etc.).

This stage is paid. Possible fee models include:

  • Success fee — a percentage of recovered funds or achieved economic result
  • Hybrid model — fixed retainer plus a success percentage
  • Fixed stage-based packages — separate fees for pre-trial, mediation/arbitration, and court representation

All terms are agreed in advance and recorded in the smart contract parameters.

3. Pre-Trial appeal to the Counterparty and Other Parties

After concluding the representation smart contract, WARP-GLOBAL acts on your behalf.

  • Sending a formal claim or dispute notice
  • Proposing a pre-trial settlement
  • Offering mediation or arbitration within the WARP-GLOBAL ODR infrastructure

The goal is fast and confidential resolution without escalation to state courts.

4. Possible Paths Depending on the Response

  • Pre-trial settlement achieved
  • Mediation or arbitration initiated
  • Refusal to participate and strategy revision
  • No response, documented for future proceedings

5. Classical Dispute Resolution Options and Partner Solutions

If parties do not respond or refuse dispute resolution within the WARP-GLOBAL framework, classical legal mechanisms are considered.

  • Filings in national courts
  • Complaints to regulators and supervisory authorities
  • Interaction with law enforcement
  • Combined civil and criminal strategies

Depending on jurisdiction, WARP-GLOBAL may act directly or involve partner law firms. All participation terms are agreed via secure correspondence or video conferences.
